Project Description:
Replace old, smaller pipes with over 9,000-feet of new16-inch water main line in North Virginia Dare Trail (NC 12) from Wright Avenue to just north of Third Street and Second Street from NC 12 to US 158. Also replace service lines to homes and businesses.
